About Me – Rebecca The Restless

With extensive backcountry experience and a deep passion for adventure, I have spent decades exploring and planning remote expeditions. I have been guiding trips into the backcountry since 2004, including travel on foot, ski, bike, snowmachine (AKA snowmobile for non-Alaskans), and ATVs.

I have been a backcountry guide, wildland firefighter, and commercial salmon fisherman. I am presently employed by the State of Alaska as a highway construction Engineer. Although I work long hours during the summer, I always find time to plan new expeditions for myself and others. During the off season, I frequently travel outside of Alaska. I want to experience all of the wilderness that our beautiful country has to offer.

I look forward to helping you plan your next trip. You can benefit simply from my trip reports. Alternatively, consider using my planning services.
